Our Story

We started Iron Boost with a simple question:
Why does supporting your iron levels have to feel so unpleasant?

Between the pills that upset your stomach, powders that taste like metal, and confusing advice about what to eat and when we were frustrated. And we knew we weren’t alone.

We spoke to women who were hiking mountains, raising kids, running companies, doing so much with so little energy. Many of them were quietly dealing with low iron. And most were just told to "take a supplement and push through."

That didn’t sit right with us.

We believe food should be the first solution, not the last resort.
So we set out to create something better. Something simple, small, and rooted in nutrition.

We worked with nutritionists and food scientists to develop a small but mighty bar made from iron-rich nuts and seeds, paired with vitamin C–rich fruit to support absorption.
No pills. No gums. No synthetic additives. Just the kind of ingredients you’d find in your own kitchen carefully balanced to support women’s energy needs.
